Main Purpose

The UK Senior B2C CRM Executive will report directly to the Head of B2C Marketing and will play a critical role in building and nurturing relationships with our Flexers. They will be responsible for creating and executing CRM campaigns to drive job applications and improve user journeys that verify and grow our candidate database. They will work in close collaboration with the broader B2C marketing, and global CRM team to deliver all campaign related communications.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Collaborate with the global CRM team to own & optimise all UK B2C pre-verification, post-verification and re-engagement communications including referrals, waiting lists, churn and app downloads.
  • Segment customer data to create hyper-targeted communication and engagement strategies.
  • Deliver best in class, highly personalised CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push and in-app.
  • Work closely with the recruitment marketing team to understand current re-engagement requirements in order to drive job applications from existing Flexers
  • Work closely with the B2C marketing manager and the strategy team to understand the growth and churn of our existing Flexer database on a monthly basis by region, sector and job profile.
  • Utilise the data to implement re-engagement & cross verification strategies.
  • Consistently measure and report on the effectiveness of all CRM campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work with the global CRM team and R&D team to implement automated communications that focus on maximising fulfilment (completed shifts) and improve Flexer experience.
  • Manage all communications and newsletters, which support the annual marketing plans, including Flexer parties and incentive campaigns.
  • Continuously A/B test to drive maximum engagement from the existing Flexer database.
  • Collaborate with the global CRM team to ensure alignment and consistency in customer communications and implement best practices.
  • Support the global CRM team on optimising B2C customer lifecycle programmes.

Requirements

  • CRM and email experience, preferably in a B2C context.
  • Prior experience using Braze, other CRMs will be considered (Hubspot, Mailchimp, Pardot etc)
  • Email coding experience (HTML). Basic SQL experience would be good but not essential.
  • Must have a good understanding of GDPR and how this impacts how we manage data and different communications.
  • Proficient in email production and copy writing.
  • Previous experience working within the staffing / or recruitment industry would be an advantage but not necessary.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Data-driven and analytical.
  • Experience using G suite would be advantageous but not essential.
