Your Role and responsibilities as a Account Handler: - Forge and manage a personal client portfolio.
- Unearth and pursue fresh business prospects.
- Schedule consultations for the New Business Team.
- Conduct thorough research on potential clients, maintaining our CRM with vital data.
- Enhance sales through cross-selling and up-selling our suite of products and services.
- Uphold meticulous records to support SLA s and KPI s.
- Adhere to all regulatory and company policies to safeguard clients, colleagues, and the business.
Who We re Looking For: Skills and experienced required for to be an Account Handler at QCG: - A polished communicator with stellar verbal and written prowess.
